After knitting, every fabric undergoes rigorous lab testing to guarantee its integrity. Based on these lab tests, we create our precise composition: 97% cotton and 3% spandex—just like the luxurious polos from top international brands.

Once the fabric is knitted, we proceed to collar knitting, using 100% lab-tested precision. Our collars are crafted with German needles—symbols of top-tier manufacturing quality. After that, we use a highly refined, export-quality dyeing process—what we call highly finished reactive dyeing—ensuring no color fade or bleeding. After dyeing, we conduct strict checks so that the fabric shows 0% shrinkage and 0% twist. We uphold these standards exactly as required by top luxury brands. However, we remind you, as with any garment, avoid high detergents like surf—if used, color bleeding can happen. If washed with just water, we guarantee 100% no bleeding. Ours dyeing process uses a top luxury brand technique called synthetic process dyeing, paired with a special enzyme wash.

After that, we come to the CMT (Cut, Make, Trim) stage, where we apply A-Grade export-level luxury finishing. Our stitching is done with 10 to 11 SPI (stitches per inch), matching the standards of high-end luxury brands. Each piece undergoes seven rigorous quality checks—every detail, every minor flaw is caught. After that, each piece is steam-pressed to perfection and packaged in a premium-grade zipper bag, complete with luxury tags and thank-you cards for the perfect unboxing experience.
